If selecting USPS International First Class Mail for shipping, I will have to take the parts out of the Audiovox Dice packaging box because the package goes beyond the 1 pound 13 ounce weight limit and does not qualify for USPS International First Class Mail.

Performance MP3 or any of the manufacturers or distributors associated with them are not liable for any import tax, tariff, VAT, or any other charges associated with the shipping or postage of ANY package or item sold. Buyer is responsible for any charges incurred as a result of international or domestic shipping involved.

For International buyers:

If you select First class International shipping because it is the lowest rate, that is fine. HOWEVER because it is inexpensive, insurance and tracking is not available. THEREFORE If you select USPS First Class International shipping as your shipping option from Performance MP3 YOU FORFEIT ALL REASONS TO FILE A CLAIM IF ITEM SHOWS UP LATE, MISSING, OR DAMAGED. If you select USPS International Priority Mail as your option, then it can be tracked within your country. It costs much more, but we have to do this to protect you and ourselves from certain undesirable practices. Thanks for understanding and your cooperation.

For all buyers:

Products carry a one year warranty from date of purchase. Items that have problems or issues will be exchanged under warranty. Any product that is returned that does not go through warranty and demands a refund will be charged a 20% re-stock fee to cover charges incurred as a result of shipping back to manufacturer for new replacement of stock.

Also, if you purchase an item and ship it somewhere else, we are only responsible for shipping to the original place of shipment if there is any exchanges to be made. In other words, if you buy a kit, send it away somewhere else, it is your responsibility to get it back to us, and we ship back to original place of purchase. Not somewhere else.

And buyer is also responsible for all return shipping. If you purchase in the US, and send item to another country, we will not pay any difference because YOU shipped it out somewhere else. That is YOUR responsibility. Items get shipped back to original place of shipment.

Items returned after 14 days will be for warranty exchanges only.

Items returned in new unopened re-sellable condition will get full refund

Items that have been opened will be subject to re-stock fee

Items that have been abused, scratched, cut, broken, or any other damage will also have replacement charge on part to bring item back up to new standards.
