Shipping information

All orders within the continental US will be shipped within 24-48 hours on regular business days. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday morning. All orders will be packaged securely and shipped using either FedEx, UPS, USPS, ENSENDIA, LASERSHIP, ONTRAC, BLUE_PACKAGE or PRESTIGE but always fully insured. We will combine shipping for multiple items when possible. Shipping transit times vary and usually take 1-7 business days based on the final destination and the service selected. Please note that orders shipping to PR, HI and AK typically require additional processing time. For International orders: For more traceability we ship USPS Global Express. Express orders are estimated to arrive within 2 weeks of actual shipment. Transit times can vary for a variety of countries. We can't control customs delays in your country thus shipments may take longer than we expect. We ship everything within 3 business days of payment receipt, not including weekends or holidays. Please be aware that we use a separate warehouse for international orders processing and customs paperwork, at times there maybe a slight delay in order processing. We can mark item as a gift or with a lower realistic value for customs, but note that the insured value will match the declared value. Please include a note in the Notes to Seller area in PayPal as you are paying for the item or contact us. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES, VAT AND OTHER TAXES IN YOUR COUNTRY, as well as any additional carrier fees. We don't know what these charges are in different countries; if levied they are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Return policy

We offer a money-back guarantee (excluding any shipping charges) on items returned within 30 days of purchase. We also welcome exchanging. Customer is responsible for return postage. Simply contact us with the reason for the return. Do not send anything back without an RA# (Return Authorization) since it will not be processed. All returns require authorization--items do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped. Once you receive the appropriate RA# documents and the appropriate return address you must ship back to us within 10 days so we can correctly process the return. We can either send a replacement/exchange or issue a full refund (minus shipping). If your item is damaged, please contact us with details about the damage and we need you to email photos of the issue to us, we will then forward this information to the warehouse to process and handle shipping you a replacement at our cost within the U.S. only. Items which are defective we can handle taking care of getting you directly to get you a working item within 30 days of purchase, after that please contact the respective manufacturer, all our items are backed by the full warranty from the manufacturer.
