PAYMENT

For Australian customers I accept payment via Paypal, Direct Deposit and Bank Cheques or Money Orders.

Paypal is available for international buyers and is the only accepted payment option.

POSTAGE

Within Australia, my items are sent via Australia Post's eParcel service.

This is a service which provides online tracking of your parcel and a signature on delivery.

For international bidders, my items are sent via Air Mail.

I am unable to offer a try-on or pick-up service - my sales are all online only.

I truly want you to love every item you purchase and so I am happy for you to return an unsuitable garment under the following conditions:

Item is unworn and is returned in the exact same condition it was sent, including all interior and exterior original packaging.

*Please note that garments which smell strongly of cigarette smoke, or are stained with makeup, are not considered to be in "as sent" condition and are unable to be accepted as a return.

*Please also note that under Australian Consumer Law and, for hygiene reasons, returns are unable to be accepted for lingerie, swimwear or intimate items so please choose these items carefully!

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt.

I reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions or you do not accept these terms.
