Some items are sealed some are unsealed but all brand new.

* Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase

* We only accept Paypal, no other method of payment is accepted

* We offer combined postage as follows : 50p p&p discount on each item in any one order, excluding the first item and any item attracting free p&p

* If your invoice does not automatically calculate the correct shipping cost, please hit the 'request total from seller' button before paying. We will then send a revised invoice to you

* Flammable products, such as nail polishes and aerosols can not be shipped overseas

* Returns are accepted on unused items in their original condition only. Used items can not be returned due to hygiene rules. The product price of the item will be refunded upon safe receipt of the returned item. Postage costs will not be refunded. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting when returning the item.

* We do not offer an exchange service.

* All images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. From time to time colours may vary due to photographic/graphics constraints/processes

* Non receipt of order. If an order is not received within the specified ebay estimated timescale then please check first with your local post office to see if they are holding the item for you. Please also check with neighbours to make sure nobody has taken in your parcel and forgotten to tell you. UK orders will not be deemed missing until 7 days from the dispatch date have passed, so please contact me after 7 days, if your order does not arrive.

* Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 21 working days for their order to be delivered.

* Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding any postage paid. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled.
