Excellent condition--no chips or cracks. 1/2" bubble in bottom of vase - does not affect use as it is inside the glass.   Non-smoking.  This is a blown glass item.  There may be bubbles or other variations which are characteristic of the glass making process and contribute to its beauty.  Great for the Cobalt Blue Glass, Blown Glass and Vase Collector!
