This item for sale is a vintage 1960's, super rare, CATAMORE brand, gold filled and hand carved shell cameo of a super crisply detailed Madonna necklace in perfect never used condition. It has been packed away for over 45 years. The cameo is much nicer than the photo shows. The chain is 18 inches, the oval cameo alone is 1 inch tall and 3/4 inchvacross. Exquisite in person. It comes in the original velvet and silk lined, sparkly metal hinged box.  A wonderful addition to your collection.
