Delivery

1.    All orders will be dispatched on week days, after receipt of cleared funds.

     All orders which are purchased before 2.30pm on a weekday will be dispatched that same day.



2.   We offer 3 types of delivery service throughout the United Kingdom.

a.   Royal Mail First Class delivery usually 1-3 Working days.

b.   Royal Mail Second delivery usually 3-6 Working day.

c.   Next Day Courier Service (no weekend or bank holiday deliveries).

 


3.   Additional postage costs will apply on Next Day Courier Service for the following areas below:

    Scottish postcodes AB31 and above, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above and ZE.

 
    Northern Ireland: BT Post Codes.

    Isle of Man: IM Post Codes.

    Isle of Wight: PO30-PO41.Channel Islands: GE-JE.

    Alderney, Herm & Sark: GY9.

    Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, All other isles off the mainland.

    Please check the postage prices with us first before purchasing for above areas.



4. International Delivery - Please enquire about postage prices before buying.



5. We only dispatch to the PayPal Address provided. If you require a specific address to dispatch the order to, please make     sure that you enter this in the PayPal confirmation before confirming payment.

Returns



1. Lights & Linen offer an easy, hassle free return option.

2. If you are not completely happy with your item(s), you can return it within 14 days.

 
3. All returns must be in their original packing and unused.

 
4. A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days of the item(s) inspected. If the item is not faulty, then the refund will be     given less the delivery charges.

5. Please notify us before sending the item(s) back via eBay email or the eBay return request page.

6. Please enclose a note with your eBay ID Name and Address with the return item.
