This wonderful Poole Delphis 6" (15cm) tall shape 83 vase dates from the early days of Delphis in the 1960's when the sought after dark coloured orange peel glazes were still part of the Delphis palette

It has all the usual factory marks including the dolphin logo mark number 47 that was in use from 1966 to 1980 and was decorated by Carol Cutler, her mark dates it more accurately to the period 1969 to 1975

There is some crazing to the white glazed interior and the base but that is not at all unusual in these delphis pieces, it is otherwise in great condition with no chips, cracks or restoration and will make a fine addition to your collection or a lovely gift
