STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE mini jigsaw puzzle Ice Cream Parlor 2007 Crepes Suzette

This is a previously-owned “Strawberry Shortcake: Ice Cream Parlor” jigsaw-puzzle (featuring Crepes Suzette and her pink poodle Éclair, as well as Custard the cat), manufactured by Mega Brands / American Greetings in 2007 (catalog #08572). The 50-piece puzzle measures approximately 5” x 7” upon completion, and all pieces are here (double-checked). Of note, although the puzzle is in great shape, the box shows a little wear-and-tear… The Strawberry Shortcake line of characters – originally designed for Hallmark -- each have their own fruity or dessert-themed name with clothing to match, and each has a dessert or fruit named pet. The characters live and play in a magical world known as Strawberryland. During the 1980s, Strawberry Shortcake became a huge fad, and the line was relaunched in 1991 and again in 2002 with a revamped look.
