We can only accept payments through PayPal.

Orders are normally posted within 1 business day after verification of your payment details.

We can discount shipping for combined orders, but only if you let us know before you pay - so go on, treat yourself to a little something extra and send us a request for a revised invoice.

Orders received before 12pm (Monday - Friday) are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 12pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the next working day.

To reduce waste, we recycle cardboard boxes, packing chips and bubble wrap. This means your parcel may arrive in an outer box that has printing on it or looks a little worn. If you want your parcel to arrive in a brand new outer box please let us know and we'll be happy to oblige.

UK orders take an average of 3-5 working days to arrive, however they can take up to 13 working days for delivery.

International orders take an average of 7-10 working days to arrive but can take up to 20 working days in total.
