Prepare the Remote Transmitter
  •  Charge the Remote Transmitter
    1). Connect the charger connector to the charging jack.
    2). Plug the charger into a standard outlet.
    3). The red light on the Transmitter will be lighted.
    4). Charge the Transmitter at least 6 hours for the first charger.
    5). After fully charged, the red led will be turned off automatically.
*  Low battery Indicator(the symbol) :Q will show up on the right down side of LCD screen.
  •  How to Use the Transmitter
    1). To turn on/off the Transmitter,Press the mode button on the Transmitter for 5 seconds.
    2). By pressing the Mode button to change to different modes ----the LCD images will change.
    3). Press the up and down buttons on right hand side to set level.
    4). Choose the different channels for different receivers.
    5). The Transmitter will go into STANDBY MODE if not operated for 20 seconds and will TURN OFF if not operated for 2 minutes.
    6). In STANDBY MODE, press any button (except LED light button) to wake it up.
Prepare the Collar Receiver
  •  Charge the Collar Receiver
    1). Connect the charger connector to the charging jack.
    2). Plug the charger into a standard outlet.
    3). The red LED light inside the Collar Receiver will turn on
    4). Charge the Collar Receiver at least 6 hours for the first charge.
    5). After fully charged, the red LED light will be turned off automatically.
    6). When charging is completed, put the rubber cover in the right position to keep the internal unit from dust and water.
*  Low battery Indicator:the Collar Receiver will keep beeping for 2 minuets unless It gets charged.
  •  Connect the Transmitter with the Collar Receiver
   1). Turn on the Transmitter and choose 1or 2 channels to encode.
   2). Lift the Reset part of the Rubber cover in the Collar Receiver.
   3). Use a toothpick or paper click to insert into the Reset HOLE inside the Collar Receiver.
   4). Press the LAUNCH button on the Transmitter immediately while you are hearing a beep from the collar.
   5). The Collar Receiver will beep , it means that the Transmitter has encoded the collar.
   6). After completion, put the rubber cover in the right position to keep the internal unit from dust and water.

How to check the static is working:
1. Use the test light LED-provided.
2. Attach the light to the metal probes-select STATIC mode-you can see static symbol on the screen-press the LAUNCH button-the LED will flash on.
3. Select a low number on the LCD-display-put your fingers on the metal probes and press the LAUNCH button.
 
Notes for use:
1. The lifetime of the batteries vary according as how offen you use the product. Therefore you should often check the batteries by hearing the beep from the collar receiver and watching the indicator sign on the LCD screen of the transmitter.

5.  Please attention :This collar is waterproof when you put the rubber cover in the right position, but the collar can't be put into water.
 
Troubleshooting
1.My pet does not respond after correct installation.
  • You need charge Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar for 6 hours individually first.
  • You need to turn on the Remote Transmitter by holding it for 5 seconds.
  • You need to turn on Receiver Collar by pressing “Reset” with a toothpaste or pen for 3 seconds, you will hear a beep and green light will be on.
  • Test 4 functions(Beep, Light, Vibration and Shock) first before using. See part “Test” of Operation Guide
  • Intensity level has to be more than “0” when encode, test or launch for Vibration and Static Shock Function.
  • The Receiver collar will go into deeply sleep if no operation for 4 minutes. And any movement will activate it.
  • Make sure the Contact Points are placed snugly against your pet’s skin.
  • Trim your pet’s fur where the Contact Points touch the neck and/or switch to the longer Contact Points
  • If all of above does not work, you can try re-encode between Remote Transmitter and Receive Collar.(See part “Encode” of Operation Guide)
2 .Remote Transmitter does not work
  • You need charge Remote Transmitter for 6 hours when you get product first time.
  • Check if Remote Transmitter is on low battery status, the symbol will show up on the right down side of LCD screen.
  • You need to hold the Remote Transmitter for 5 second for turning on it.
  • Remote Transmitter will automatically goes into standby mode if no action is detected with 20 seconds, at this time there will be no LCD display. Press any button to re-activate the Remote Transmitter.
3.My Receiver Collar works great for some time, but it does not work anymore after I charged.
  • First, check if charging is successful, when you are charging, red LED light will be on, after fully charged, the red led light will be off automatically.
  • You have to turn on Receiver Collar again after you charged
  • turn on Receiver Collar by pressing “Reset” with a toothpaste or pen for 3 seconds, you will hear a beep and green light will be on.
  • Turn on the Remote Transmitter by holding it for 5 second, LCD will display.
4. We charged the Receiver Collar and all it does is beeps as it charges. Or I charged the Remote and one of Receiver Collar, but the other Receiver Collar does nothing but beep when charging.
  • Receiver Collar will keep beeping when Low battery status, it is normal that Receiver Collar keeps beeping when you charge it for first half of hours, because it is probably still in low battery status.
  • If it keeps beeping after charging for half of hour, please contact us for replacing.
5. The beep function sometimes works & sometimes doesn't.  Also none of the other functions seem to work from a short distance!
Receiver Collar will keep beeping for 2 minutes in Low battery status unless it gets charged, charge it for 6 hours and the other functions will work after charging finished.
6. The Remote Transmitter doesn't seem to turn on, the light comes on but nothing else happens.  I have charged it for 6 hours!
You need to turn on Remote Transmitter by holding it for 5 seconds until LCD displays.
Anyway when you press led light，LED light will be on even if Remote Collar does not turn on.
7. We have charged for Remote Collar and Receiver Collar, but it does not work
  • You need to turn on the Remote Transmitter by holding it for 5 seconds.
  • You need to turn on Receiver Collar by pressing “Reset” with a toothpaste or pen for 3 seconds, you will hear a beep and green light will be on.
8. I want to test Receiver Collar myself, but it does not work
If you test Receiver Collar by your hand or leg, please touch the 2 electrodes at the same time, only touch one electrodes will not work.
9. It does not work properly, can not turn to Channel 2
Usually we have finished Encode for 1V1 or 1V2 in our factory. You need not encode when you get package.
Anyway if you press Y button within 30 seconds after turning on 2 Receiver Collars, default encoding is cancelled, 2 Receiver Collars are re-encoded in same channel. That is why can not turn to Channel 2.
At this time, you should re-encode for one of Receiver Collar. press “Reset” until hearing one beep, press Channel 2, then press Y button within 20 seconds after 1st beep, Receiver Collar will beep, encoding is completed.
Note: if you don’t press Y button within 30 seconds but you hear 2nd beep, that means encode failed, you have to encode again.
10.   The Receiver Collar is in bad quality, it didn’t work after knocking down
Our Receiver Collar is designed to be not knock-down, please don’t knock down it avoiding breaking structure and circuit.
11.   My Remote Controller doesn’t work after only working 3 days.
Our battery is not in full charged in the factory. Please charge the remote controller fully at first once you get our product or recharge it when it doesn’t work. A full charge needs a 6- hours charging. When the Remote Transmitter is in low battery status, a symbol of low battery will show up on the right down side of LCD screen.

1. How old does my pet have to be before using LCD Remote Training System?
Your pet should be able to recognize basic obedience commands such as “Sit” or “Stay”. LCD Remote Training System may be too large for pets under 8 pounds.
2. Once my pet is trained and has been obeying my commands, will be have to continue to wear the Receiver Collar?
Probably not. You may need to reinforce training with the Receive Collar from time to time.
3. Can I use LCD Remote Training System with more than one pet?
Yes, there is 2 series with our LCD Remote Training System, one kind of is 1V1 (1 Transmitter to 1 Receive Collar); the other one kind of is 1V2 (1 Transmitter to 2 Receive Collars)
4. Will I get exactly 328 yards of range with the Remote Trainer?
The effective range of the Remote Trainer means the straight-line distance between Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar without obstacles in between. Range may vary according to terrain, weather, vegetation, battery capability, as well as transmission from other radio devices.
5. How long can I continuously deliver vibration or stimulation to my pet?
The maximum amount of time you can press the Vibration or Stimulation to your pet continuously is 10 seconds. After this, the Remote Transmitter will time-out, and the Vibration or Stimulation must be released and pressed again.
6. Is the Receiver Collar waterproof
Yes, your pet can swim in the water, but you have to seal charging hole and reset hole well after you finish charging or resetting in order to keep waterproof.
7. What do I do if my pet’s neck becomes red and irritated?
Discontinue use of the Bark Automatic Control Collar for a few days. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian. Once the skin returns to normal, monitor your pet’s skin condition closely.
8. Can I place Receiver Collar on another collar?
No. The collar used for this unit has a sleeve to hold the Antenna.
9. Can I attach a leash to the Receive Collar?
No. This can result in pulling the Contact Points too tightly against your pet’s neck. Use a separate collar placed above the Bark Automatic Control Collar
10. How will I know when to replace the batteries?
For Remote Transmitter: the symbol will show up on the right down side of LCD screen.
For Receive Collar: will keep beeping for 2 minutes unless it gets charged.
12.   How long can I leave Receiver Collar on my dog?
The Collar is not designed to be worn constantly. We recommend the Collar not be worn for more than 12 hour out of every 24-hour period.
13.   How long should I process my training session for my pet?
Training sessions should be kept positive and short, it is better for about 10-15 minutes long each time.
14.   What kind of dogs are your Rechargeable and Waterproof LCD Remote Training System suitable for?
The collar is adjustable from length 15”(38cm) to 19.3”(49cm), if your pet’s neck is smaller than 15”, you have to rethread it, if your pet’s neck is larger than 19.3”, please don’t buy it; and this Collar is not suitable for the dogs less than 8 pounds either.
