Weekends and Bank Holidays
Please note that Weekends and Bank holidays are non-working days. For example., if you order on Friday afternoon and choose Express Delivery, we will dispatch your order on Monday and you will receive your order on Tuesday.
To help assure on-time delivery during busy holiday seasons, place your order at least 2-3 days prior to the following major holidays to be extra safe.
Unforeseen circumstances
We are reliant on our couriers to deliver parcels within the time frame that they promise. We also rely on them to maintain good communication with us about the status of a delivery. In exceptional circumstances where services are affected, we may be unable to fulfil your delivery in accordance with the terms outlined here. Returns
We want you to be a happy customer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund you the full amount paid. Please note that you have to bear the cost of posting the item back to us. The item should also be in the same condition as you received it for us to be able to issue a refund.
