TERM & CONDITIONS:

o    You are responsible for reading the full item description, including the seller’s term & conditions and accepted payment methods.

o    We will make every effort to ensure that your product arrives with you safely and in good time scale.

o    Majority of our products are ex-display, customer returned or refurbished which have been thoroughly tested and verified to be in good working order unless otherwise stated.

o    If it mentioned the items are Used, Ex-Display, customer returned and refurbished; then please accept if there are any cosmetic blemishes, imperfect packaging or small wears & tears

o    Please pay within 5 days of ending the auction. Otherwise order may be cancelled and relist or resell to second highest bidder.

o    All goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving full payment, if you are paying by cheque please allow 7 working days of clearing the payment

o    It is customer responsibility to check the item on arrival, in case of damage please sign as ‘damaged’, otherwise we will not able to claim from courier.

o    Buyer is welcome to collect winning item but please send message through eBay to arrange collections.

o    Buyer must pay cash on collection, we will not allow collection if paid by PayPal.

 

RETURN POLICY:

o    We are happy to replace any item that is found to be faulty on arrival or it is not according to the listing.

o    Item must be notified within 7 days and should reach us within 14 days of the date of receipt.

o    Item must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories.

o    The buyer is responsible for any postage cost they incur in returning the item to us for any reason.

o    When returning the item please ensure you include the item number and description of the fault with the parcel.

o    We will issue a full refund including postage cost if we cannot offer same replacement
