These are 3 storey and a roof terrace all modular so u can use each building as a single or double storey as well

Due to Wood cost and to keep price down the ground floor no long has a base

Each floor come away from the building to allow you to put models in

77mm deep

All sides are interchangeable

The sides sit flush with the base so u can push them side to side to make a terrace without a gap

Easy to put togeter  will need a little food glue to make sturdy but they jst snap together
