  • If you feel the information at checkout is not accurate, please just wait for our invoice. We check the figures carefully for each invoice. Occasionally the shipping and insurance figures are not accurate for the purchase of more than one item.
  • Please make sure your Paypal shipping address is your up-to-date address. Paypal will prevent us from printing your label if your town or zipcode is not up-to-date.
  • The shipper is solely responsible for any damage or loss. Any claims must must be filed by the buyer with the carrier unless you purchased Auctiva insurance.
  • We are happy to offer a combined shipping discount if more than one item is ordered, if they can be shipped together. The highest shipping cost will be charged first then with a 50% discount on shipping for each additional item.
  • We will never inflate your shipping cost to increase our profit on your purchase. When we use a US Postal Flat-Rate box,we charge the US Postal standard Flat-Rate fee and never add a handling charge.
  • We are not responsible for any border issues or extra customs fees for international shipments. They are the buyer's responsibility. Please do not ask us to reduce the recorded value of your purchase or list it as a gift.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of arrival.
  • If there is a valid reason for returning the item (not described properly or defective) it must be shipped to us within 7 days.
  • We will not accept returned items without notifying our office first by phone.
  • As with most vendors, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in the same condition as mailed and in the original packaging before a refund or exchange will be made.
  • Returned items must be insured by the customer. If your shipment is lost with no insurance there cannot be a refund.

  • If an item must be returned because the buyer made an error in his selection there will be a modest $10.00 restocking fee to cover office and shipping supplies & expense. Please do your homework before purchasing.
