All products that we ship are inspected to be in good working order before shipment unless otherwise listed in the auction as damaged, "as is", etc. Returns will only be accepted with a “RAN“(Return Authorization Number) pending investigation of the problem and personal circumstances.
All returns must be received within 7 days of receiving the RAN # and mailed with delivery confirmation.
