Once your order has been processed and cleared payment has been received, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

If you receive any items which are either faulty or damaged and not advertised as such please contact us to return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement.

Return requests should be raised via eBay's Return Centre where possible.

Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. We cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
