DOA Return:

- All DOA (defective on arrival) products (Physical damaged product during shipment does not consider as DOA) need to be reported within 30 days from the purchase date. Buyer must contact the seller before returning the defective product. All DOA return will be assigned with an RMA number (a return reference number). Please mark the RMA number on top of the return package. All DOA return must be provided with original physical condition.
