Shipping  terms:

Pay attention to our shipment rules. The delivery usually  takes from 10 to 20 business days beginning with  the purchase date. For now, all orders shipment is from Europe.  Shipment to European countries usually takes from 7 to  15 business days. Shipment is made every working day in  good packing. Big decals are shipped in board backed envelopes or  in tubes with label "DO NOT BEND". Regretfully, postal service  sometimes is not fast enough for the reasons which do not depend  from us. We guarantee the dispatching of all orders in due terms. You  can contact us as for your order status any time.

Return terms:

If you are not  satisfied with received product for any reason, you can ship it back  and receive full refund without any questions. Decals should be in  original condition (not used, not  damaged).
