Magic Sparkles are an edible cake decoration which can be scattered on dry* icing or if you want the flakes to stay in place use confectioner's glaze or edible glue on the surface before scattering.
Some flakes can be quite large, however the sparkles can be ground down if a finer particle size is wanted.
These are ideal for quick decoration of your cakes and cupcakes, giving a jewel like effect.
