SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ~ Shipping/Handling fees are outlined in the Shipping section of the listing. Our products are shipped via the US Postal Service, unless stated otherwise. Majority of our orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after an auction/purchase has ended and payment has been received and cleared. (We ship Monday through Friday) 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED ~ WITH ALL U.S. SHIPMENTS. This information will be added into the tracking information area on your eBay account. Puerto Rico and Hawaii shipments include tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ~ are shipped via the eBay International Shipping Center.

Tracking information ~ is provided to and updated on your PayPal account once the item has been processed. We only provide this information, We do not update or have any control over the U.S. Postal Systems tracking services.

PAYMENT INFORMATION ~ PAYPAL & all major Credit Cards ACCEPTED ALL SALES ARE EXPECTED TO BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. A Non-Paying Bidder Alert Form will be filed for all auctions that have not met with or complied with these terms.

I strive to be a customer friendly seller and, go a long way to have satisfied repeat customers. I sell high quality functional items and if I see a slight problem with a product, I will just drop it. Because we have a lot of choices and I am in a business that satisfaction will make difference. I treat my customers with respect and fairness. If you feel there is something wrong with the products, I would like to know about it and correct it immediately.

RETURN POLICY NEW ~ Panda Communications has a limited warrantee on everything we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to me (WITH IN 7 DAYS), less shipping and handling. If item is brand new, in a sealed package, and the package was opened, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Once again, shipping is non-refundable.

DEFECTS ~ If an item is defective it will be my choice to refund the full purchase price or replace the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact must be a made before any presumed defective item's are returned. Item's returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement or refund will be issued immediately. All refunds/credits will be issued the same way they were paid for. Item's returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. I have a very low defect rate on all items I sell.
