Return Policy: You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us and let us know that you are returning your order. Also, in order to receive a full refund, please package the item carefully to ensure that it gets returned to us in the same condition it was shipped to you. If the return is through fault of ours, or in our description, then we will additionally refund all shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping is not refundable.

Payment: We accept PayPal. Payments must be received within three (3) days of order. Michigan residents will have 6% sales tax added.

Shipping: We ship 5 to 6 days a week, usually within 1 business day of receiving payment. We will send a confirmation e-mail once your item has shipped.

We will provide discounted shipping for multiple item purchases for our domestic and international customers. If you are purchasing more than one item, you may make your purchases and then request a total so that you will receive your combined shipping discount. If you would like a shipping estimate prior to making your purchases, please let us know the items you wish to purchase and we will gladly provide you a quote. Our shipping costs very closely approximate US Postal Service cost and include only a very minor amount of handling charges.

International customers need to be aware that import duties, VAT taxes and fees are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. These charges are the Buyer's responsibility.
