These pencils were created with 50 percent moisturizing ingredients suspended in a sophisticated waterproof formula so they are creamy and blendable when you apply them, but about 30 seconds later, they set to a smudgeproof finish.
This listing is for one brand-new, never used, without original packaging Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in your choice of colors and formulas. The "Grindhouse" double-barrel sharpener is also available for purchase separately. It is THE premium sharpener for eyeliners/lipliners, etc. It is designed to fit the UD eyeliners/lip liners as well as the lip pencils and concealers, but it works with other brands as well. Each blad is made of durable steel infused with 1% carbon to prevent rust.

In the event a package is lost, the buyer will be required to complete an insurance affidavit. This must be done and approved by the insurance company before any refunds or re-shipments may be issued. For domestic shipments, the buyer must submit the affidavit no sooner than 30 days after the item was shipped. For international buyers, the affidavit must be submitted no sooner than 45 days after the item was shipped.
Unfortunately, USPS delays or errors are out of our control. Ebay estimates the delivery date but doesn't take such delays or errors into account.
