'Fine Chairs' source products direct from the manufacturer.   All our products are designed in house and are built to our quality standards by various experienced pre-approved manuafcturers.  We assure you that our Prices, Quality and most important of all Customer Service is of the highest level.

Payment

We are happy to accept PayPal.  If you prefer to pay by card both our warehouse and retail shops are equipped to take card payments.  Sorry we do not accept cheque.

Goods remain the property of Fine Chairs until paid.

Shipping

Our carefully selected couriers will deliver your goods within  two working days on most occasions earlier.  If we do envisage delays we shall of course be in touch and inform you.  We do offer shipment to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, delivery times are slightly longer and do incur a small additional cost.   For more information please email us or call customer services 01268 545286. 

We also offer a cost effective delivery to European Countries to include, France, Germany, Italy, Greece (mainland only), Spain (mainland only) for more information please get in touch, large pieces of furniture are excluded from the offshore delivery service.  

We do not deliver to Scottish Islands, Jersey or the Isle of Man.

VAT Relief

If you are purchasing certain goods for your personal or domestic use, you maybe be able to purchase items excluding VAT.  These are classified as aids (including riser & recline chairs, High Back Chairs, etc.) which may aid or are of practical help.  

Our high back chairs and riser recliners are all advertised online excluding VAT.  Please send us an email after your purchase with your name and medical condition.  These can be Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Parkinsons, C.O.P.D, or any other long term, chronic illness then you could be eligible for VAT Relief.

If you believe you are not eligible to purchase the above goods with VAT relief please get in touch by sending us an email and we shall add VAT to your order and send you a revised invoice.

Returns

All our products come complete with a 14 day returns period.  If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return the item at your cost for a refund.

Any final refund will be less outgoing delivery costs which varies according to product size.  Typical charges are, wheelchair £9.95, Armchair £39.95 per item returned.

All products must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in their original packing. If products are not returned in their original condition on return, Fine Chairs reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s). This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, labour and any subsequent loss to Fine Chairs.

We do understand that you will have to take items out of their packaging to assess the suitability.  All we ask is that they are not used outside and are re-packed as best you can.

Items that are returned used we will only offer a partial refund of 50% of the product value.

If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit or are missing parts please email us or call customer services 01268 545286 and we shall act swiftly to resolve the matter.
