Up for Sale is a VINTAGE PELHAM PUPPETS FIDO DOG (VENT) VENTRILOQUIAL 20" HAND MADE PUPPET BOXED - RARE. Consisting of:

Fido Dog is a hand made Pelham Ventriloquial puppet and is operated by putting your hand in the back to open his mouth for a more realistic
effect. These became very popular and are some of the most collectable Pelham Puppets. He comes in good condition considering his age
with his original box which has some wear as shown.
The puppet is approximately 20" tall. His wooden controller is intact.
Fido displays well inside his box.
The original box has some wear, writing, creasing, crushing and tears which is common with these larger Pelham Puppets boxes,
as shown in the photos.
The top of the box has a tear where the front flap meets the box, slight crushing, creasing and edge wear.
This side of the box has some tears at the corners and near the carry handle. It also has some writing on it but this doesn't detract from this
nice vintage Puppet in any way.
This side of the box also has tears at the top corners and writing as shown. The box is printed with 'Made In England by Pelham Puppets
Malborough Wiltshire'.
Fido's box has a label which is printed with 'Fido', with writing next to it. There is also a sticker tear, creasing and edge wear.
The back of the box has tears, writing, creases, slight crushing and edge wear as shown. Fido Dog is a must for any Pelham Puppets fan.
