Payments:

We only accept payment by PayPal. Immediate payment is required.  We charge sales tax for items shipped within California; sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping:

We ship quickly. Orders are normally processed and shipped to the 48 continental United States within 1 business day. Please verify/confirm the correct shipping address at Ebay Checkout. If an item is returned due to invalid address, the return shipping cost of item shipped to invalid address will be deducted from refund. Please contact us in advance if alternate shipping address is requested.

We do not ship weekends and Major Holidays.

Free shipping only applies to the 48 continental United States.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories or PO Boxes, please contact us in advance for shipping quotes. Additionally shipping charges can apply.

No APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Return Policy:

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of item to receive Return Authorization (RMA).  No item will be accepted without a RMA. Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only. Shipping and Handling are not refundable.  All refunds are subject to inspection and restocking fees. Refunds will be processed, upon inspection by the method paid.
