This replaces OEM 85104200 in Over The Road Trucks and is an essential replacement item for over the road truckers who utilize the sleeper bunk unit in their Volvo VN, VLA, VNL trucks. This heater core is the same size as the original, and comes with a self adhesive foam rubber seal for the perimeter of the core.
Our heater core will fit the airbox cavity without ANY modifications, and you DO NOT NEED extra strips of any kind
of padding for the RATTLE PREVENTION. This is a correctly made
part. No holes needed to be drilled, no extra screws to hold the part
