You can return any item within 60 days and we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange. If an item has been delivered incorrectly we will also refund the delivery return charges.

All returns will need to be sent back unused* and in a saleable condition** in their original condition & packaging.

• ** Saleable Condition - Items must be in same condition as they were sent. This includes packaging, bags, documentation protective films etc. If this is not the case OMP Motorcycle parts may charge for repackaging or refuse the accept the return.
• * Unused Condition - Visors & Pinlocks can be returned if they have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted and there protective films are still attached. Helmets due to being a safety item can only be returned if all protective films & tags are still attached.
