I try to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving payment (please note dispatch is not delivery time - it is the length of time your order takes to enter the Royal Mail postal system). In most cases orders will be dispatched next working day. Please allow 3 to 4 days for delivery.  Please note that at Christmas you need to allow 10 to 15 working days for delivery. Delivery times may also be compromised in severe weather conditions and during industrial disputes. This is beyond my control and I would appreciate it if you would take this into consideration when leaving feedback and DSR's.
Returns
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not totally satisfied, we offer a full refund on the return of the item/s. Please return any unwanted item, in original condition, and in unopened packaging within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund your payment in full, excluding return postage. Please include a note of your user id with any returned items to enable us to process your refund. Please note that name and address may not be sufficient to identify your order correctly.
