This is option #4-a toy WWII US Army / military helmet for 1/6th scale 12" figures. I am not sure the brand but this helmet will work with World Peacekeepers, GI Joe, Soldiers of the World, Ultimate Soldier, and most other 1/6 scale 12" figures.
