This is a Vintage French B&W Floral Design Enamelware Chamberstick Candle Holder that is hand Numbered 607 / 9. It has a delicate floral design and the diameter measures approximately 5-1/4" at the top excluding the thumb rest holder and is approximately 2-1/2 high. It has the normal wear you would expect for something this age especially around the candle holder top - I hope you can see it in the photos.
