1.Please list your special requests (color, size, PAL/NTSC system, model...) in the PAYPAL NOTES SECTION when you place an order.
2.We accept payment via PAYPAL ONLY.
3.Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Complaints of unpaid item will be filed with eBay when not receiving payment.

1.Your order will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days (except the weekends and public vacations) upon payment received.
2.Your eBay address should match with your Paypal address. If they are different, your package will be delivered to eBay address.
3.We choose the most proper shipping method according to item value, country and eBay policy. It takes 10 - 35 working days to most countries and areas, please consider your arrival time before buying.
4.We appreciate your patience if you don't receive items in 35 business days (some countries are even longer), please contact us before opening a case. We will reply you immediately and try our best to satisfy you.
5.Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in his country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom when duty incurres. They are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
6.As the custom fees and policy are different in different countries, you'd better check it your custom office. Of course, we'd like to assist you to clear customs smoothly if there is anything we can do.
