Tunic Collar Liner

A brand new reproduction WW2 German tunic collar liner.

The collar liner was a standard piece of uniform for every enlisted soldier in the German army while they were also issued the collarless shirts, standard for enlisted men and NCO's. They were to be worn with the M36, M40 and M42 tunics until 1943 when soldiers were reissued collared shirts and the liners were then done without.

Until 1936 soldiers were issued 2 neck cloths, again, worn with the collarless shirt. When the collar liner was introduced, the neck cloths were only to be worn with the drill uniform.
