24 hour Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty

Dead Pixel Screens

Dead pixel occurs when there is a dot (or dots) that shows a different color than it supposed to. Either condition described below can be classified as "dead pixel" and is eligible for repair or replacement (if received in 24 hours):

• Dead pixels MUST be visible to the naked eye

• The dead pixel MUST be located on the center/in the middle of the screen

• The amount of dead pixels on screen equals or exceeds 9 despite where they are located

Dead pixels that are software detected but visibly normal to the naked eye is not covered by our warranty or DOA.
