Police seat with brackets and hardware and springs... shows some use and age. Has been recovered at some point. I'm told this was removed from a '91 FXRP. I sprayed WD40 on all rust spots.

- Yes, I now have a "No return" policy in place, so PLEASE don't buy unless you are sure you plan on keeping this item.

- If you are buying a used functional item, I highly suggest that you have your mechanic take it apart and check all working parts. Examples: front ends, brake calipers, swingarms, wheels, etc.

- Please remember that eBay and Paypal take a large percentage off the top (yes, out of my pocket, not yours).

- If you show disrespect in my direction, you will be blocked. I have neither the time nor the patience for disrespectful humans.

SHIPPING:  The shipping total you see includes: the proper box(es), bubble wrap, popcorn, tape and/or whatever it takes to create a properly packaged item, so it arrives to your hands in the same condition as when it left my hands.

- Please be prepared to sign for your package.

- Due to all the fees/costs/time involved, I do not combine shipping when using eBay.

- I only use my shipping account.

- I plan on getting your package on a truck within 4 business days (sometimes quicker). If you pay for Second Day or Next Day Air, your package will be put in front of all Ground shipments. If you are in a rush, talk to me before making your purchase, as I am out of town with family from time to time.

- FedEx will NOT deliver to a PO Box address, so please use a FedEx compatible address.

- If you are in CA, NV or WA, then there's no need for purchase 2nd Day Air, as FedEx normally gets items to these states within 2 days. If you pay for it anyhow, then I'll put you in front of all Ground shipments.

- No local pickups.

TAX: All California shipments are subject to a 8.25% sales tax (or whatever it is at the time of purchase).

OUTSIDE US SALES: Please provide your telephone number, as the USPS will want that on the paperwork.

- Please use English to communicate.

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Those charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

- Shipping to some countries require me to load up the goods, drive across town and stand in line, to fill out two forms... quite costly in time and gas so please be prepared for a potential delay and/or higher total shipping costs.

OTHER: From time to time, I loose items. I try to stay organized, but sometimes it happens. If it does, your entire payment will be refunded with an apology for my mistake.

- I do not use a telephone for business... EVER. Emails stay on my computer, giving us both accurate record of what has been said and agreed. Besides, I'm old and have a bad memory.

- The EP number in the "title" is my part number, so I can find this item once it's sold, so thanks for NOT using it in your listing.

- I'm a "ONE MAN SHOW" over here, so please understand human mistakes from time to time. I'm not a large company, nor am I a mechanic. I have no employees. I do it all. Tic-Toc, time is money.
