The 6.5 110 weighs 10.2 ounces and is 27.25 inches long. The placard shows 27 inches however we have measured the frame and it is 27.25 and also states 27.25 on the inside throat specs. It is balanced head light at 330 mm. for a quick, maneuverable hit. This racket is 10% Hyper Carbon for light weight stiffness, 20% Kevlar for outstanding durability with the additional benefit of a solid feel, and 70% Graphite that, when combined with the Pro Staff Balancing, provides a tradtional feel.
Wilson designed this racket for players with long fast swings who need a little more depth on their groundstrokes and face opponents with a variety of playing styles. The narrow beam allows prolonged ball contact and the dense string pattern enhances string durability.
Recommended string tension is 55 to 65 lbs on this 18/19 string pattern where I would recommend going down 2 lbs on the crosses to equalize pressure throughout the string bed.
This racket comes with the full case shown and is factory strung with Wilson Sensation 16 gauge synthetic gut (a $33 value).
