I bought this as a food supplement for instant energy. It was delivered ok and no unnecessary packaging and the 1KG of glucose is fine and dissolves in a little hot water and add to drinks, great stuff.

Glucose syrup is used in foods to sweeten, soften texture and add volume. By converting some of the glucose in corn syrup into fructose (using an enzymaticprocess), a sweeter product, high fructose corn syrup can be produced.
