This is an embroidered patch for the Midtown School of Science & Technology that Peter Parker / Spiderman attends in the 2017 film and was shown on the blazers that the students wore.  The patch has an iron on backing on the patch [cover with cloth, iron on wool, heavy steam 10-15 seconds], and is 3.5" tall by 4.125" wide at the bottom ribbon.
