A. the size of our beads

as most beads are natural and from different factories so that the size of beads are not exact the same as what it is stated. it may slightly small or bigger. 

B. The photos of our beads
We try to make all the photos of the items as nearest similarity as the actual products. However due to the nature of the beads and the computer these photos are slightly different from the actual products. Some beads may have few inclusions or slightly pitted,some round beads may be with flat bottom which photos do not show. So if you have any doubt for any items please contact us. We will be more than happy to give any information.

C. Returns and replacement
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order, feel free to return the item/s within 3 days. We will refund the money, not including postage. We do have responsibility for the products which are damaged. However the evidence must be proved.

D. posting and parcel lost

All of our items are sent by first class standard with ordinary envelop (other methods on request). However, the responsibility not taken for Items lost in transit. Receipts kept as proof of posting for 2 weeks and can be obtained on request. if you do not receive the parcel within 1 weeks (UK) or 2 weeks (abroad) please contack us.
