Presented here is a beautiful antique cameo. This is carved shell featuring a lovely lady done in high relief, fine detail. It is bezel set in a 10k gold mounting which has ornate engraving around the sides. The back has a secure pin and a bale top with a loop that is hinged so it can be worn as a pendant or a brooch. Measures 1 3/8" long by 1 1/8" across overall without the loop. Excellent antique condition, no damage.
