We offer 3 level of delivery service to our customers:  

1.STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all items in 10 to 20 working days once the payment clears, although depending on the area most of the items are delivered in 10 days. If there is a delay we will notify you ASAP. Our delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. Please send your mobile and landline number once you have placed the order. All deliveries are booked in 2-3 days prior to delivery so you will always know when your goods will arrive.

2.DELIVERY PLUS

As above but also includes; a two-man delivery service, they will carry each item into the room of choice up the stairs etc. Please notify us if you prefer this service and we can quote you the price. All orders over a certain amount are automatically upgraded to two man delivery.

3.DELIVERY SUPER PLUS

As above Delivery Plus but also includes assembly of the items. We will not only assemble for example; beds, wardrobe etc but will take away the packaging and position the item into the room of choice. Please notify us if you prefer this service and we can quote you the price.

Next Day Premium Service

We are now able to offer premium next day delivery excluding some postcodes on most products. Please note this is a kirbside delivery between the hours of 7am to 7pm whereby the products will be dropped on a pallet at the front door so the buyer will be responsible for moving the items into their house, if this is not suitable please select our standard free delivery whereby our delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time giving you a 2 hour window and if required call you 1 hour before delivery as listed above. Returns Policy: If you decide you don't want to keep your purchase you can return it for a full refund provided that:
A) The item has not been used.
B) It is returned in it's original packing.
C) The Item is complete.
D) We are notified within 30 days.
E) All costs associated with delivery & return has to be paid by buyer
