We select the best courier option for the item you have ordered, weight, dimension, delivery address. All items are delivered within 2-3 working days and you will receive text / email alerts reference to your delivery. Where a 24 hour option has been selected – the delivery of goods will be within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, please follow eBay’s return procedure within 30 days of purchase. For items no longer wanted, it is your responsibility to post the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the item to ensure that the item has been unused, we will issue a full refund. For items which develop a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with details of the fault and evidence in the form of pictures where possible. Upon successful receipt and inspection of the item, we will refund or replace this item (where possible). For items which develop a fault after 30 days of purchase, please contact us with details of the fault and evidence in the form of pictures where possible. We will then advise you on resolving this issue, through repair where necessary.
