This reed block & adapter plate assembly was taken off of the following Mercury motor that I am parting out because of an engine block issue:

25HP, 2 cylinder, 2 stroke, Manual Start 
Serial Number: 6425323

The reed block & adapter plate assembly has been fully gone over and tested out by a certified outboard marine technician, and operates to all proper specs. The reed block & adapter plate assembly is in EXCELLENT, FULLY OPERATIONAL, USED condition. The reed block & adapter plate assembly comes as seen in all the pictures above. This a great $$$ saving alternative if you are doing an engine rebuild type project, or just simply broke or damaged an existing reed block & adapter plate assembly off your Mercury or Mariner outboard.  The reed block assembly is compatible with many years, and models of Mercury & Mariner outboards (many 18 - 25HP's of the 1980's - 2000's era).
