Colt of Pittsfield, County of Berkshire, Massachusetts, and Archibald Morgan, Alfred Perry, Herman Whittlesey known by the firm of Archibald Morgan & Company, dated February 12, 1817. Signed by William Colt and Alfred Perry, with small raised seals, and by Lucy B. Perry and William Chamberlain as witnesses.  Three pages, 7 3/4" x 13' in size, fold lines, otherwise excellent condition.  Has been folded and will be shipped that way.  We are full time autograph and document dealers registered with the UACC (#036), and members of the Manuscript Society.  Payments must be by Pay Pal.  We will combine shipping on multiple purchases.   (868LG)
