These tickets were for Lionel Richie who came to Austin, Texas in 1986 at the University of Texas Austin's Frank Erwin Center.
Tickets are guaranteed authentic. I purchased these myself at the time of the concert.
Since the ticket is still intact these could be re-purposed and used for:
special admission to private parties or birthday surprise parties
private meetings that only a person with a ticket can gain entry.
