Used, in good condition. Tested within a working XL-DC receiver before removal. Possibly compatible with other TrueTime/Symmetricom/Microsemi GPS receiver units but this is not guaranteed. Note that the connectors are the Triax type and not BNCs. The fourth connector is sligtly out of round, but I believe that it will accept a Triax connector OK if you exercise care.

The 86-708-X Frequency Synthesizer is a plug-in option card for the Model XL-DC. This option card offers the user four independently programmable frequency synthesizers that provide pulse rates from
8 kPPS through 8192 kPPS in 8 kPPS steps. This card is configured with one of five different output connector options (determined by the -X assembly number). The five versions are as follows:
- Assembly: 86-708-1
- Output Connector: Triax (BJ77)
- Signal Type: RS-422
- Mating Connector: Trompeter PL75
