24 hour Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty

• If DOA, buyers are required to inform us within 24 hours of item arrival (based on tracking info)

• Once confirmed, a free pick up and replacement will be arranged accordingly

• Product IMEI/Serial number needs to be provided for DOA claim.

Dead Pixel Screens

Dead pixel occurs when there is a dot (or dots) that shows a different color than it supposed to. Either condition described below can be classified as "dead pixel" and is eligible for repair or replacement (if received in 24 hours):

• Dead pixels MUST be visible to the naked eye

• The dead pixel MUST be located on the center/in the middle of the screen

• The amount of dead pixels on screen equals or exceeds 9 despite where they are located

Dead pixels that are software detected but visibly normal to the naked eye is not covered by our warranty or DOA.

• The returned item is 100% brand new, unused condition. A $35 restocking fee may apply.

• The item is not returned in complete packaging which includes accessories, retail box and/or other bundled items. A 50% restocking fee will apply unless the remaining contents are returned.

• The item is locked to prevent other people from using or has physical damage. A 50% restocking fee will apply.
