Microsoft no longer supports the Zune. You cannot download the firmware anymore or factory reset it using the Zune PC software. So if you accidentally erase your Zune, or just installed a new hard drive - you will be stuck without any firmware on the device - unusable. That is where I come in. I still have a computer setup with the firmware files and know a workaround to get them loaded and operating again.  

The $20 purchase price covers the firmware update service and return shipping. If your Zune needs physical repairs that is not covered.

How it works: You purchase this listing and pay the non refundable $20 fee. I send you an email with my shipping info. You mail your Zune to me. The Zune arrives here, and I load the firmware and then mail it back. Any songs/photos/data/settings on your Zune will be erased during the update process - so make sure to back it up first. If your hard drive is already failing/defective I may be unable to load the firmware. In this case we can talk about full repair services.

Shipping: When you purchase this listing, I will send you a message with my mailing address. You will need to package up your Zune carefully and pay for postage to get the Zune to me. After the update is done, I will be responsible for the return shipment. International customers pay shipping both ways.
