We Ship To All Locations Within USA. We Will NOT Ship To Any Other Locations. No Exceptions.

Shipment is processed once payment has cleared. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day following receipt and clearing of payment. For orders placed after 12:00 noon EST., shipment will be processed the following business day.

Upon the processing of your shipment, A Confirmation email will be sent to you that will include a Tracking number, along with the details of your shipment (shipment date, etc.)

• No restocking fee for a return item.
• Your payment must have been received by its due date (7 days from the close of auction).
• The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.
• Rings that were resized or engraved per your request cannot be returned.
• Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
• All tags and inserts found on items must remain intact.
• Shipping cost are non refundable.
• International purchases are non returnable.
• Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process your return. We request and appreciate your patience.
• Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for excessive returns by a customer.
