Buyer to pay actual Parcel Post or Priority shipping, no handling.
Shipping outside the U.S. will be Priority International. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in shipping rates. I will not mark items as "Gifts". Government regulations prohibit this.
I have no control over postal rates and make no money on shipping.
If, on occasion, I overestimate shipping costs, any excess will be refunded to your Paypal account.
Quite often, even though you pay the lower parcel post rate, your item will be shipped priority. It sometimes pays for me to ship at a higher cost than to pay for a box and delivery confirmation.
Most items ship same or next day. Local buyers are always welcome to pick up items at a convenient location.
I will be glad to combine shipping whenever feasible, so be sure to check my other items. If purchasing multiple items, please wait for a combined invoice.
Returns are accepted within 30 days, only for items not exactly as described. (I make mistakes, too.)
I only accept Paypal, with payment due within 3 days of sale.
